Well folks, it's been 4 years today since I put down that last butt. Back then 4 hours without nicotine seemed like an eternity. Now life without nicotine is completely normal. I can honestly say that I am sure that I will never smoke again. Thanks to the education I have recieved here the thought of smoking is completely disgusting to me now. I know that there is no such think as just one. It is all or nothing. I prefer nothing. I am so grateful to all the members of FFN and of course Joel, John, and all the rest of you who have helped me along the way. All of you helped to save my life.
I don't get on here as much as I used to. I love seeing all the newcomers! To all of you that are new please believe what you read here. There is life after nicotine. A very good life. I would never have belived I could be as calm and relexed as I am today. I always thought that nicotine was helping to calm me when in reality it caused more stress in my life (I have to smoke because of all my stress ). Each and every person can find this level of calm and relaxation as long as they make a commitment to themselves (and stick to it) to NEVER TAKE ANOTHER PUFF!!!
