On a side note,.. Cathy ends her posts with "Nobody ever graduates from addiction" as a signature. While this is certainly a true statement,.. it's a bit depressing if you give it some serious thought.I know it gets easier each and every day,... but,.. to never end? Wow,.. there's a thought, huh?I hope your quit is still as strong as ever!Tim "LikkitySplit" Casey (Nicotine Addict)Nicotine Free for One Month, Twenty Five Days, 18 Hours and 58 Minutes, while adding 3 Days and 20 Hours to my life by quitting cold turkey on March 15th 2010. That social smoking idea is one that kept popping into my mind for a couple of months. If only I could occasionally have a cigarette! But you are dead on. We are nicotine addicts and that is not an option. Nancy

So,.. just want to let everybody know that I'm of a positive spirit,.. taking it one day at a time,.. and am still nicotine free.I comment on newbies posts,.. to be sure and make them feel welcome,.. and sometimes forget to update my own diary.I can see "comfort" now. It's still a ways off,.. but I can see it,.. and I understand it alot more now than I ever have before.I'm proud of myself,..I'm happy as a non-smoker,..And I have no plans of changing the course I'm currently on.Thanks for all who've supported me through my journey so far.Tim "LikkitySplit" Casey (Nicotine Addict)Nicotine Free for One Month, Thirty Days, 17 Hours and 24 Minutes, while adding 4 Days and 5 Hours to my life by quitting cold turkey on March 15th 2010.
