Hello, I can't believe I've got this far! Here I am on day 4 of my recovery after smoking 2 packs a day for 37 years. I can't tell you how many times I've quit over the years only to go back when things got tough, this time it's little by little, deep breaths and a positive attitude. I get worried about the little bursts of anger that come rushing out and I'm doing my best to keep things under control and in perspective, I'm sure this will get better. I also sometimes feel a bit wooly, like I'm in a fog but that sensation is coming less now....have to have patience!!!!
