Every day has been a new day, new experience. I won't assume how my day is going to go because I'm not sure. LOL
This time quitting is much different from the other times. For one, its cold turkey, so the only side effects ARE nicotine with drawls.
Reading here has helped arm me with information. THANK YOU!!
I also have come here for strength and yes reading what the experienced ex's have done really can calm ones fears/anxieties. Thank you for this!
The only slight problems I'm having are sleep and headaches. I'm still am learning my new routine for the day. My mornings are pretty darn good now and I'm working on the mid - late afternoon; that can be a buggar but not for long as I'll keep working on myself.
Though I'm not sleeping well at night I also don't feel real tired during the day...........Interesting.
Then I get the mild headaches late afternoon... Not sure what thats about
The last day or so thou I do have the urges I"m also finding a calmness. I have to say how grateful I am for feeling this. On days 6-8 it got pretty tough and wondered how long I could handle it? I kept the faith in what I read here and held on. LOL LOL
I'm so glad I did. I can see why Joel say give it 2 weeks then decide because you're kinda crazy until that point. LOL Okay, not thinking clearly is a better way of putting it.
Alot of good things are happening and I concentrate on the good while I'm having a moment or 2 of not so good.
Have the best day you can!
I will :)).
BTW, this advertisement of the 4-layer Pumpkin Cake is just wrong!! SNORT! LOL....
Thanks for everything Joel and members, I truely truely appreciate everyone here.
