You: Hi, I am new here. 3 weeks cold turkey. the past few days i can not find relief, cant find a way to soothe myself. these feelings last waaaaay more than 10 minutes....more like an hour, then another etc... I am on the verge of tears, cant settle. I am doing yoga, dancing, walking, sipping tea and water etc.....blah blah, today I actually considered saying "forget this"- any suggestions are really welcomed!!!!!!
