"Better Life After Quitting" Parade
Since quitting smoking, I have taken control of my self and of my life in other ways.
Using my new-found confidence in my own self control and my own willpower, I have started to make some other changes.
I'm paying more attention to my diet and eating a more healthy diet.
I'm getting a lot more exercise.
Not as a crutch, but because I used to tell myself that I would like to exercise more, but needed to quit smoking and/or lose weight first.
I wonder if others feel the same way.
Have you taken control of your life in other ways since quitting?
Do you plan to take control in other ways?
