This is my first post. I used information from Freedom to go cold turkey 17½ days ago! Can’t begin to tell you how happy this makes me. I am thrilled. I have been trying to quit using nicotine replacement for decades. Once went over a year, but the last day was just as tough as the first, so I went back to smoking, while I continued to suck on nicotine lozenges. When I read “Nicotine 101”, it all clicked. This time, cold turkey, I started getting good feelings within three days. Thank you! One day at a time, don’t take that first puff.
