Not sure whether this should be here as I'm now beyond green, this is my first post though, I've been procrastinating although I've kept reading other people's posts. I must say I'm very thankful for this forum and for all the information I found! I quit smoking last 23rd of June, I'm very happy that I did, I'm still navigating a sea of emotions (which were just covered by the nicotine routine) and feeling a bit fidgety, but I've realised that's due to the fact that MY BODY WANTS TO EXERCISE! I'm not constantly tired anymore and this is fantastic. I spend entire days without thinking of a cigarette and when I do I usually just remember the dusty and smelly sensation which I never want to experience again... One day at a time, no more nicotine for me, thank you very much.
