Thank you for saying what you did. I, too, still live by NTAP - not because it has the urges it once did........but because it doesn't - and I want to remain FREE!

Can't believe I actually found my journal, but I'm glad I did so that I can share a little over 8 years of unabashed, smoke-free living! Never thought I would be at 1 year, let alone 8, but it's true. I took it 1 day at a time, and in the beginning sometimes a minute a time, but the founding principle is the same; NTAP.....ever. Glad this site and the members are still supporting this cause. Both helped me so much at the onset. If you're struggling, hang on, it honestly does get a whole lot better.

Just stopping by for my annual visit. A full nine years without a single puff or chew of nicotine products on 11/26. The fact that I no longer smoke never enters my mind until this time of year. The best thing I ever did for myself. Just one day at a time. Simple as that.
