Exactly four years ago I took my last puff, my last dose of the deadly drug that controlled nearly every aspect of my life. Much has happened in my life over the four years since my quit, some good and some not so good. Through all of the good and bad, nicotine had no role in my life. I have saved many thousands of dollars, my health is better, and I am no longer a lieing, sneaking closet smoker looking for a an opportunity to get my next fix. My only regret is having become addicted to nicotine in the first place.
To everyone just starting their own journey of healing and self discovery, you can do this just as many have done before. Be patient, vigilant, and most of all NTAP! Thank you to you all for joining my journey, providing support, and sharing your own stories with us.

Craig, Candy, and Christy,
Thank you for your support and kind words. Without the support of the many folks on this board I may not have made it this far.

Thank you Lisa and Craig for dropping by and for your kind words.
I started writing a long piece describing how good I feel and how much I appreciate WhyQuit, Joel, John, and the whole community of FFN. I decided to just congratulate everyone on the board for taking your lives back and living nicotine free!
Never Take Another Puff (NTAP)
Also, thank you to everyone that supported me during the early days of my quit in early 2011.

I share your gratitude Jeff! I am so very, very humbled for the help I got on this site. I never, ever thought I would be able to quit. It was the sheer education I got on this site that enabled me to do so.
Feels pretty good to type Gold X5 right? another thing I thought "wow....if that could only be me....."
