Hey Caravan, Tex here. 55 was a very good year. I'm June 55 and my quit day was 010407. Smoked for 35 plus years and quit probably 20 times or so. Last week I had a tuff week, but I am back. Fought through depression. But every one on this site faces the facts. We are addicts and we are put on probation for the rest of our lives. We either quit smoking or we don't.
I'll tell ya when you have good days they are great. The longer you NTAP the more plentiful they are. However, we all have bad ones. To get through the tough ones, get on here ASAP. There are so many veterans that will hold you up and give you the power of knowledge.
This old leathered Texan feels like I owe this site my life. Congratulations Caravan. I think I'm gonna join you and not smoke today.
