Not having to plan the next smoke or count how many cigarettes smoked each day is my number one advantage to no longer smoking. It's great!
Watch out for the triggers - they can be defeated if you recognise them for what they are.
It WILL get easier. There will be some days more difficult than others but you CAN succeed.
