Mick's Bronze. Yup, that's it folks, Mick has done 3 months NTAP, thats 92 days of free livin' and putting a good distance between me and nicotine addiction.
Sometimes I really can't believe it has been 3 months, its gone real fast. I think back to past "Quits" where I couldn't (didn't) even get through one day, for that, I could say "Pathetic attempt" but I think its better to say "uninformed attempt".
Whyquit, Freedom and all the members here have truly helped set me free. I can't imagine going back to full blown smoking, well I have tried to imagine it, but I don't like the look (smell, cost, death) of it. It's just not for me! I guess I could happily say I am not addicted to nicotine any more. Which is a great feeling after being addicted for so long. However I am aware that it would only take one puff to put me on a downward spiral back to the horrors of smoking full time.
Well, I am going to sit on my balcony, breathe deep, and enjoy a perfect, nicotine free sunset.
Everybody can do this, its as easy as NTAP!
