Thanks everybody for your really supportive posts! I don't have much time to write but just quickly......
everything is going great, 3 weeks tomorrow smoke free! I can't believe how fast it comes around. I still have a few smoking thoughts throughout the day of course, but nothing I can't manage. I have had some crazy smoking dreams though, the first one was a puff and I really kicked myself for it and I think it was horrible, then last night I dreamed that I smoked a whole pack at once! Disgusting! Whats that about! But I woke up in a startled fit and was so glad it wasn't real!
Tomorrow I'm back working with a bunch of big time smokers, I am a bit nervous, but one step a time, one day at a time, and one no more puff at a time!
Thanks again, and I always jump back to whyquit.com during the day whenever I need a little reminder, good bit of info or straight up support!
Mick, 2 weeks 6 days smoke free, 380 smokes not smoked, 75 Euros still in the back pocket.
