.. from those who blazed this path before us. I like to call em the "Been there done that" crew as they can offer a wealth of information as to the best way of beating this addiction.
Like you; I had never heard of "World no tobacco day" until last week. The word just never made it my way for some reason? However I have avoided the "Great American Smoke out" for the past 20 years because I was unable/unwilling to participate as it "was just too hard"
~~~~enough of that nonsense.
