Hello Weesha and welcome to Freedom...We've been waiting for you!! I see you are finishing up your Glory Week. WOW, one entire week without nicotine. You are doing it Weesha.

I read your first post and see that you have quit smoking in the past. I had a three month quit once, but unfortunately I took that one puff and was back to full time smoking for another 12 or so years. I will pass on what the oldbies told me when I first entered the doors here and that was to read, read, read. Educating yourself on the addiction to nicotine will help you with your quit. You can also expect a lot of support and encouragement here...WE UNDERSTAND where you are and what you are going through because we've been where you are!!

I'm attaching some articles I think you've find helpful in your early quit Weesha. Just remember there is no such thing as just one or just one puff, because 1 = ALL OF THEM!! However, 0 = YOUR FREEDOM. Try and take it a day at a time and if necessary, just a moment at a time. You are doing great...hang in there and I promise you that if you Never Take Another Puff (NTAP), you'll find comfort in being an ex-smoker!!
