Hey Nancy - hang in there girl! It will get easier!! And it's worth the effort.
Imagine waking up in the morning without chest congestion! ... without all that coughing!! Imagine not having to clear your throat before you speak! Imagine being able to walk up a flight of stairs without having to stop to take a breath!
I too am a "middle aged" freedom seeker - I was out of breath, wheezing so loud I woke myself up at night! I was SICK AND TIRED OF BEING SICK AND TIRED, JUST LIKE YOU - And only 5 weeks into freedom, I don't wheeze! I can not only walk comfortably, but I can jog a mile!!
Just HANG IN THERE!!! It will get easier - while every quit is different, although I still have bad moments and days that I can't get cig.s out of my mind, only 5 weeks into this, it is MUCH easier today than it was for those first 2-3 weeks. MUCH EASIER!! Just dont' smoke today - get through the day!
In just a few weeks things will get easier - and in just a few weeks I'll bet you'll notice quite a few changes in your health.
HANG IN THERE - WE WILL FIND COMFORT. NTAP - it's as easy as that!!
- Free and Healing for One Month, Seven Days, 22 Hours and 22 Minutes, while extending my life expectancy 2 Days and 16 Hours, by avoiding the use of 779 nicotine delivery devices that would have cost me $224.22.
