Ride to live

or is it

Live to ride?

I can never figure that one out, but I do know turning green should be reason to cruise a bit and to celebrate! At 30 days you should be realizing that there isnt anything you cant do without nicotine. Your first post Star's first post & diary......hello points out many of the benefits that we all learn in time....... life is sweeter without smoking. Hold onto your quit and be sure to take the time to enjoy it.

Karen - Free and Healing for Four Months, Nine Days, 12 Hours and 23 Minutes, while extending my life expectancy 3 Days and 15 Hours, by avoiding the use of 1052 nicotine delivery devices that would have cost me $198.87.

8-28-07 12:29am. Well first diary appears to be the place to continue our thoughs, keepings jounals updated even if we post to other threads....so will try to put stuff here posted previously.......Yes, I also need to watch my spelling(congratulations) and watch out for those number keys (its 1 month+ quit, not 3-watch those fast fingers-me). Rude me for not responding with THANKS; Nancy, Grump, Lou and Karen on my Greening. Looks like I also need to watch the WEIGH GAIN after looking at Grumps picture- yes I am going to get that Bike I promised myself soon!!!!

I've not been posting lately as busy elsewhere, things have been crazy...family member in hospital for 2 weeks(coming home soon and well, thank goodness).....Wow what triggers stress gives us, Yes I wanted one for an insane instant or 2, or 3, but like Joel's video said, "ITS NOT ONE PUFF, its all those that will come after"......okay I'm STILL learning, but one thing I remember from day 1 of my quit: I AM NEVER GOING TO TAKE ANOTHER PUFF. NO WAY-NO HOW......today......

Star, 45 days free of nicotine.
