Many congratulations on double green Star !!
As we go through our first nicotine free lap around the sun, we periodically need to face down triggers that serve to mark the integration of nicotine into every facet of our lives - happy times, sad times, work, non work, changing seasons, moving house, birthdays, anniversaries etc - in other words, we need to unravel - trigger by trigger - nicotine's amalgamation into every event, emotion and activity in our lives. As you accumulate further quit time under your belt, the frequency and need for such trigger busting will get further and further apart, bringing you that much closer to becoming a contented and comfortable ex smoker. As you do this, you'll come face to face with the famous "fewer, shorter, weaker" syndrome - as you stay quit, your craves will become fewer in number, shorter in duration and weaker in intensity.
Have you read O'Bob's classic - Turning the corner - acceptance - by any chance?
