Hiya Ed
Congratulations on 17 days, after 54 years of smoking that is one huge achievement
I am so glad that you found us - wow, you are learning like I am, what it is like to be an adult without nicotine. I had no idea that smoking causes so many problems.
I don't cough in the mornings anymore
My skin is clearer, my teeth are whiter
I can smell again
Some people have a lot more energy
I now have warm hands and feet
Ed this is such a emotional journey, everything I did as an adult, I did with a cigarette, so we have to re-train our brain, by reading/watching or listening here, we can - I decided to give up smokes and just become a social smoker, you know one every now and then - with the education learnt here, I realize that this just cannot happen its either all or none
So once again welcome to the classroom of reformed addicts and Never Take Another Puff.
Suzie
