Keep up the great quit. Keep reading here - there is soooo soooo much great info on this site. Basically you just need to keep up the simple decision to NTAP (never take another puff). Simple, but not always easy. Just take it one day at a time or 1 hour at a time when necessary. Try not looking at it as forever! That is a bit daunting to a new quitter. Take it in little bits and it certainly is doable!
