You said it - It gets better!!! Definitely! Congrats on making the decision to stop feeding your addiction! 5 days is huge! Keep up the great quit! Just NTAP (never take another puff) and you will make it. Baby steps to freedom!! Try not to think that you are quitting forever - that is very daunting when you first quit. Take it one day at a time and you will see that you are correct that it does get better and better.
