Hi Caron
Good found you
Have read through your string Caron and can assure you I have had a similar journey, and as you kindly posted on my Green update, I hope I can assure you it does get better. Sleep pattern changes, yes been/going through this even now, Joel covers it very well in his writings (or as I prefer to call it my NTAP Bible!) but I also like to take into account the huge chemical changes and balances our brains and bodies will go through, the lack of sleep makes me crummy mood wise, and my emotions have been pretty rough, mostly crying, but there has been the odd temper tantrum thrown in, with what I can only describe as volcano like rages inside.
Thankfully my emotions seem to be settling down, and they do say there is no gain without pain, and to keep my Freedom I also like to think that my odd crave or mood swing is a stark reminder to keep me on track, I cannot become complacent not even for a second.
You are doing amazing Caron, you really are, aim for Gold, I know I am.
NTAP - Karen x
