And a big CONGRATULATIONS on being a GLORY WEEK GRADUATE!
Best advice around here is to keep up your reading because the knowledge you gain is the strength to overcome this addiction. Commendable decision you have made to live your life nicotine free. Take it one day, one circumstance, one hour even, at a time. Be proud of each day's success. Pat yourself on the back- be kind to YOU as you learn to live life without nicotine. And like I have read elsewhere in Freedom, "I would rather be an ex-smoker who occasionally thinks about smoking than a smoker who constantly thinks about his next fix and wishes he could quit." We quitters have choice- and freedom is our reward. ( and of course better health, nicer smelling, positive role model, more available $$$, and more time to do what we want to[not have to] ) And you know just how good that feels!
