Whats going to make this quit different? You got it>>> The education. Freedom totally destroyed my love for nicotine. It showed me the way to get free and more importantly stay free.
I had always heard that smoking was bad for me, but I always found a way of shrugging it off as I was: different, young, strong, it would never happen to me, I smoke lights, I don't have to, I don't smoke in the house, I don't buy cartons, I can walk away anytime...<<<(Thats called denial in its purest form)
As you state you've already experienced that feeling of not needing to smoke in a previous quit so this is not a leap of faith for you, you know the other side exists. It is as sweet as you remember. You are now a full blown member of the Glory week club (thats 7 days free from nicotine) so be proud of yourself and remember to always keep your thoughts positive and moving forward.
