Day 6: Well another day and still Free!

Thanks for all the encouraging notes! I continue to read the forums and other information on WhyQuit.com every day.

I also made a CD of all the audio clips and listen to them driving to and from work in the car.

I am starting to see a change in my sleeping. Lat night I woke up 4 times throughout the night. Just my body readjusting to NO Nicotine and thousands of other poisons.

I feel pretty good and am finding myself a bit calmer throughout the day.

One day at a time - NTAP !!!
