Carol I sure agree with the low profile thing. Smokers are very territorial about their smoking space. I try not to say too much - but most of my friends know that I have been quit over 5 months - I get this skeptical look - like you quit for 5 months ? not cheating ? not taking a puff ? And I say no - I'm good and try to steer the conversation to something else. How sad is that. Where I should be touting the ideals of WhyQuit to all who may listen. And I do to some, but there is huge resistance to being my success, from people who would like to quit, but say they couldn't. I was one of those people. In regards to sleep- I have noticed that my sleep pattern is different - I attribute that more to menopause than I do not smoking - I just notice it now more - because I am not getting up in the middle of the night with a night sweat and smoking until it passes. I juist get a glass of water and go back to bed and sweat through it LOL - Good luck on your quit - it's easy as long as you NTAP
