Hi Carol,
How to count one month green? Well first of all let me congtraulate you on having to even deal with this conundrum. It means you are looking forward and planning on celebrating your success of being free for the first month of the rest, and quite possibly, best of your life. Congratulations.
I began my count at the minute I doused my last (and I mean LAST) nicotine delivery device. That was the beginning of my nicotine free life. John refers to that instant asn the 'bright line in the sand'. That was the point that I began to accumulate the benefits of that firm initial decision and commitment to NTAP! The count continues and the benefits compound a bit more each day. It'll happen for you too as long as you keep the one rule of no nicotine today, no matter what.
JoeJ Free, a nicotine addict & an ex-smoker who last administered nicotine 2 years, 8 months, 12 days, 23 hours, 5 minutes and 19 seconds Ago (985 days).
Not needed, wanted or missed 24649 deadly dose delivery devices, and retained $5,391.82.
Reclaimed 85 days, 14 hours and 5 minutes of precious remaining life time.
