Now it is seven months and becoming a way of life.

A good friend's husband is dying of lung cancer at 64. She stopped years ago but he never could, smoked secretly (he thought). It is so very sad, they are a wealthy well-connected couple with everything they could wish, lovely adult children and grandchildren; but his addiction and his inability to deal with it will devastate all those around him.

I am so grateful I no longer smoke and no longer have the guilt.
