Allo Hatter,
Welcome to Your Freedom and the forum.
What would be unwise would be to go into that situation uneducated, unaware that it could prompt a reaction and thus unprepared for the reaction you may (or may not) have. Some situations we encounter fo rthe first or second time will prompt a reaction based on our past associations of having had to feed our need for nictoine in a particular place and time. Pubs are triggers because of the fact that the consumption of alcohol would more quickly deplete our nicotine reserve levels - thus causing us to need to replenish more and more often to keep our sense of
'nicotine normal'
. With no need for nicotine there will be no physical effect from ingesting alcohol. But be aware that alcohol is apt to lower your resistance to silly ideas - like saying - What's the harm in
Just one little puff?
Well, you now know that one puff is too much and millions will never be enough. Stay clean and stay free - no matter what the activity may be. We all remain in control by keeping faithful to ourselves and following one simple rule - no nicotine for the remainder of today.
As for triggers and situations likely to bring them forth from our thousands of mental recordings - here's some related reading that may add some perspective. Enjoy your life fully - nicotine free as it was always meant to be truly lived.
