Just a quick message to thank everyone for their support and for all of the information that this board holds. I'm still around and still nicotene free. I've started to get to the point where I'm not thinking of smoking first thing in the morning. I used to think that it was the motivation to smoke that got me out of bed; classic junkie thinking, I suppose.
This weekend I spent at the coast, hopefully confronting some less everyday trigger points. Craves seem to have virtually disappeared and I think that I can see green coming up on the horizon!
23 days without nicotene, 460 cigarettes still in the shop, £117.29 still in my pocket and who knows how much tar not in my lungs!
