Greetings Andrea Marie
So glad to read your post to see you have joined the freedom train.
Stick with it, the pay off is unbelievably huge
Our journeys are all different, but the longer you stay away from nicotine, the closer you get to real comfort
To live free of that horrible addiction, to not care who smokes around you, to realise you just went a whole day and didn't even think about a smoke once - this is my comfort and it happens daily!
Trust the folk on here, read the awesome education provided on Whyquit.com, the more you know about your addiction, the better armed you are to deal with urges/cravings/junkie thoughts!
You are doing so amazingly already. Nearly a Greenie! That will be a party worth celebrating with cake I think!
