I have had the best day ever not think about nicotine I feel so happy todayimage I will be honest I have had a few close moments where I nearley gave up, but I just kept on reading . Besides the benefits of health and money I didn't expect the self respect I have gained thats a bonus. I am so proud of myself and all of you.We are all doing great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi Andrea,

It is great to be nicotine free! You sound like you are as proud to be smoke free as I am!!! When those cravings/urges/nasty thoughts come up, think NTAP, NTAP, NTAP. It almost gets to be like a chant and helps to get through those 3 minutes. I haven't been on this road for long yet, but I am thrilled that I have made it this far and I am planning on being around for a good looooonnnngggg time (lol).

Take care and have a lovely smoke free week-end!

It's a brilliant way to live Andrea. Natural, normal, comfortable, calm,............simply free to be the 'us' .......... the 'just me' we were always meant to be. Congratulations on your breakthrough moment. It'll happen again and again. The great thing is that (para) the expectation of going an entire day without thought of nicotine (or the delivery activity) becomes the norm. That's the comfort ll the olbies talk about. It's real, it happens when you quit looking for it and commit 100& to being nicoitne clean.
Giving up would be akin to going back. To what? It hasn't changed - it still stinks and aways will. Never give up, never give in - ntap & you're on your way today to total freedom from nicotine. Ever onward!image (also borrowed ;-)
