I am familiar with that Friday evening chill out scenario that your talking about. Its as though you've surpassed another week and looking for a little "reward" for making it this far... Well congratulations on traversing another great week nicotine free and believe me re-introducing nicotine into your system is not a reward.
You'll get through this Friday night the same as you got through all the rest of them... with the knowledge that 1 = all.... and that 1 is just not worth it. At your stage of the game I'm certain that everyday tasks that used to require nicotine are now done without nary a thought of smoking, or at the very least a whole easier than before. Trust in the fact that soon Friday nights will take on the same flavor as the multitude of triggers you've already busted.
Andreamarie, you've come so far. This is your time to get over the hump and make this quit count. The reward is coming in waking up a new day and realizing that your still smoke free and your 2 months 3 weeks and 1 day closer to the promised land of comfort without nicotine. It does happen.
Gump. 22 months.
