image Hey Mike,Welcome to Green Club status. I actually laughed reading your last post. My wife of 28 yearsimage put up with my smoking addiction much the same way. Sometimes not so nicely. I think we can seek freedom when we finally see that this smoking problem of ours is not a bad habit or a poor choice but an actual chemical dependency we are trapped by somewhat unknowingly. I applaud your choice to continue to read and learn about how to live beyond the limited world of active dependency. Whether days are challenging, or hard or sometimes uncomfortable as you work your way through this initial adjustment period please know that better days are surely heading your way as long as you keep true to your personal promise to ntap. As for not having something to 'push against'. Reminded me of this O'Bob classic bit of wisdom - The monster under the bed.
OK, back to work. image
