Elly,
Welcome to the forum. Quitting smoking is a momentous accomplishment - You should be feeling proud of yourself, not looking for ways to tear down what you have done. I am proud of you even if you are not.
I think you are interpreting your quit meter stats incorrectly. When you stop smoking the quit meter calculates, based on how much time it took you to smoke a cigarette, how much time you are no longer wasting by doing so. If it took you 10 minutes to smoke a cigarette, not smoking a pack a day gives you 200 minutes each day to use as you wish. Although smoking takes its toll on your health, no one can accurately predict by how much we have foreshortened our lives as individuals.
Nicotine addiction recovery is life affirming. Look forward. Don't fall into the trap of looking back except to remember that in order to avoid the lifestyle you once lived as a smoker, you must never take another puff.
