Hello Elly,
Welcome to the rest and most probably best of your life lived clean of nicotine. It's how we were meant to live. We didn't intend to become addictied to nicotine but indeed we did those many years ago. Addicted we are and addicted we will stay. However, we do NOT need to live out our days as active addicts. We CAN take control of this fearsome & harmful addiction dependency by choosing TODAY - better yet focus on only right
now
- to not take any more nicotine into our body. You are in the process of cleansing your blood and brain of poisonous nicotine. You have begun a wonderful process of healing both body and brain. The healing will continue and the benefits constantly mount as long as you keep your personal vow to not take a puff or any other type of nicotine into your body. I too smoked tobacco for over 40 years - from about 8 to near 49. Can't get those years back but we can take care of our here and now. Think of it this way, quitting is when you stop. Deciding it better Living nicotine free is our beginning to living our lives as they were always meant to be. Quitting is not a problem - its is a solution to a problem. Continue to read as if your life depends upon it. In many ways it does.
Congratulations on deciding to
take back your life
