That one good puff your thinking about will do nothing but make you want another one. As you inhale it, your lungs will burn, your arteries and brain will soon be infected with poison. Your heart will begin to race and pound hard. Inevitably you will go back for a 2nd and 3rd puff until you finish the entire cigarette.
Then in 30-40 minutes you'll be wantin another cigarette to follow up the first one. So what really does the first one accomplish?
