Hi Elly, Welcome to Freedom!
Congratulations on your decision to quit nicotine!
You should be very proud of yourself. This is not easy at first, but it is worth it!
Whenever I would get a crave, I would come on this site and read and read until my crave was over. Not only did it occupy my time, but all the words I read started to sink in and the knowledge I gained helped me through other craves. Knoweledge
is
power! Try to remember that how you are feeling now is not how you will always feel. This is the begininning and you will get stronger every day you stay quit!
Keep up the great quit, you are doing great and don't forget to praise yourself everyday, you deserve it!
Tina - Free and Healing for Three Years, Eight Months, Twenty Six Days, 14 Hours and 36 Minutes, while extending my life expectancy 56 Days and 22 Hours, by avoiding the use of 16399 nicotine delivery devices that would have cost me $5,900.97.
