Hi Anne: I'm glad I logged on this morning and caught you and your glorious anniversary! Six years indeed.
We're sort of sisters here as I had mine 6 months before so we were in this at the same time.
And isn't the gold at the end of the rainbow so sweet to discover; "that life is so far, far enriched without the ugly cig hanging out of our mouths. I grin here even thinking of it.
I was out on my 4 mile run this morning (which I couldn't do before my quit) and ran over an unsmoked cigarette which made laugh thinking how at one time in my life I'd have thought, "Wow, is this destiny or what...?."
We here at Whyquit know we make our own destiny don't we Anne?
Big congrats girlfriend, you've proven how much you care for yourself and given yourself a huge dose well-earned of integrity along with those oh-so pink lungs!
Isn't it just the grandest thing to just breathe plain air without the addition of all those chemicals?
I'm glad for you out there this morning in our Whyquit world, thanks for writing of your success.
Yours, Sweet Smelling Dionne, free since October 2001.
