image Congratulations on Green, JD!

This is an awesome milestone to reach--you have broken all sorts of triggers and are learning day by day to live life nicotine-free. I know every quit is different, but I've been in the camp that has struggled a bit, so I can relate to what you are feeling right now. I hit a wall around green too, and then this week again at double-green. But reading here, and posting a little, and refocusing on NTAP has gotten me back on track and now I feel ready for bronze!

The excellent Freedom librarian JoeJ posted this link for me when I was having a bit of a tough time, and here's a copy for you!
Another thing that helped me around where you are is to really look at some of the things Frits speaks of. If you go to the Whyquit page, you'll find
Movies and clips that are pretty scary to watch. If that helps motivate you, go for it. There's nothing like watching a guy send drool from his trach hole to turn you off that "ahhh" memmory for a while!
As everyone says, it might not be easy, but it's simple. NTAP ODAT!!!
