Hi,
For me 100% the same.
This thinking will go away that for sure. I'm almost 3 months but I think every day a lot of smoking. SO WHAT? I cannot say I didn't think today. SO WHAT?
When I goto the supermarker I think on the road: 'WOW I didn't think for 20 minutes'
Yes I also have craves.
See how mean nicotine is. Can you imagine the first month? I guess not.
Well they promise us here it will go away this thinking and I believe them. Every quit is different. I refuse to smoke again. I guess you too. Going again to what they all experience here. The things you and I forgot.
It is going better. Admit it.
Look at it like you look at the seasons:
In the summer it's warm; in the winter cold (at least I think so where you live)
Now we go from winter to summer. Every day a little warmer without you know it.
No! There are days colder. Much more colder.
You loose your faith in nature.
How is that possible? I don't know. What I do know it will get summer.
Just NTAP and you will win.
And be honest. It's nothing compared with the first month is it?
