hey Andi,
congrats! we quit the same day! I quit at midnight feb. 15th. We also have a very similer smoking history. I was very embarassed of my smoking. If I were outside smoking and I heard a car pull up I would run and hide and quickly put my smoke out! I like to go to the gym and workout not many people at the gym smoke. I love out door activities and smoking just didnt jive with most of my life style, but i just couldnt seem to stop. I have quit more times than i can keep track of. The people who did know i smoked would just go "ya,ya" when i would tell them I was quiting yet again!!!!!! but this time its different! I have emersed my self in joel's library, pictures of cancer victems (and stories), and the encouraging posts of all the people overcoming this terrible addiction on this site. Im really happy for you, you will overcome this and look forward to seeing you at
