imageHi Andi and welcome to the journey back to YOU!! You've made a fabulous decision to finally put the nicotine down for good. I wasn't a closet smoker, but I do understand the insanity of smoking and let me tell you, the longer you are without nicotine and progress in your quit, the more clearly this becomes. When I finally got that "smoking" was not a reward, I understood all the things I had been reading and rereading here at Freedom...finally everything made sense. You're right about the truth being told here and isn't it about time we've decided to face it?

I too felt as you do about this quit being different. In fact I think most of my fellow Freedomites feel that way. It's the education on the addiction to nicotine...it's the support, it's the encouragement and it's our one shot at freedom for good. Just remember that 1 = ALL OF THEM and 0=YOUR FREEDOM!! If you just NTAP, one day at a time, before you know it you'll be turning Green, then Bronze and on and on. Please trust me when I say it does get easier and easier as we add up the days. So all the best quit sister and keep reading!!image
