I'm linking you to the timetable article - both because I loved seeing it when I was actually somewhere on it as opposed to still using nicotine and because I think it's helpful to see how our bodies' systems readjust to no-nicotine in a couple weeks.
Wendy is, of course, right that the best thing to do is read every article, watch all Joel's videos and educate yourself.
