Hi Brian, welcome to Freedom and congratulations on being a GLORY WEEK GRADUATE!
Congratulations also on having made the best decision of your life as you quit using nicotine.
I loved reading your first posts and can see you are doing great. You will have read the links above but they might help others reading here who are dealing with the same problems ... you might even want to have a look of them again yourself. Read and learn as much as you can about our shared addiction - there is just so much that will really open your eyes.

? I think it would be a good idea to get one, not only is it fun to see those numbers adding up but they also help other members to see where you are at any given point in your journey.
