Wow
What a great attitude to your quit, love reading you post's.
In my early weeks, I felt as though I was wading through treacle, hard to concentrate with these triggers and craves bumping into me when I least expected them. The biggest aid was Read, Read, Read - others have given you lots of links so I'll give you no more.
But today is my first day of really knowing the peace of mind that the oldies talk of and believe me I wouldn't trade this feeling for anything. Know that very shortly you'll be feeling the same and feeling really sorry for those still caught in the continuous nicotine withdrawal itch.
Your quit friend from across the pond!!!
Kind Regards
Kev
