Hi Brian,
welcome and congratulations. It sure sounds like you've really got your act together. that's great. I love the way you just accepted that trigger and moved on. Now that really shows that the sabbatical from homework is definitely over....you're thinking is just as clear as can be now.
You don't really need a quit meter...I got one because I'm basically mathematically lazy and i wanted to know how much money I was saving. Watching that total mount was all the incentive that I needed to get through the first couple of rough spots.
Keep up the great work. There's no doubt in my mind that you'll be partying at green soon.
