Hi Amy! I really identified with your story, and your shame. It was that shame that was the final straw for me, and I lived with it for years, until it really intensified in the last several months before I finally did something about it. No one in my inner circle smokes --even my ex-husband quit
-- so I was extra isolated by smoking. And the smoker's cough??! How embarassing, huh? And the awful smell! And now it feels great to smell good, doesn't it? One of my gifts to myself next week will be a bottle of natural oil that smells great!!!
Welcome, and keep posting.
Water On Stone
