to Freedom!!!
I'm 41 and had smoked for 29 years, up to 35 a day for the last 20 odd, and I've been quit for 3 months. I never would have believed it. It's been tough but not that tough, and after the first few weeks which are hard going, it's amazingly easy and - I never would have believed this either - exciting!
One thing that I needed to hear in my first week was that as an ex-smoker, life is either equal to or better than life as a smoker. I didn't know that. It is! I am already happier than I was. It's GREAT.
Hang in there buddy and see you at the end of your glory week,
Read, read, post, and read some more, and if it gets real hard, sleep!
Cheers
